How is Hazel priced?
Hazel provides flat pricing for all partner agencies, and we scale based on your agency's scale and complexity of procurement. Every package includes unlimited seats and usage as well as support, training, and documentation. Ask us today how much it would cost for your agency.
Is there a pilot option?
Yes. Most customers start with a scoped pilot on one product and real work. Pilots are structured to fit under small-purchase thresholds where possible.
What's included in deployment?
Template and policy onboarding, workspace configuration, training for your team, and a named point of contact. There's no separate "implementation fee" surprise.
How long does implementation take?
Typically 1-2 weeks from signature to first live use, depending on how many products/templates you're deploying.
What about security review and ATO support?
We provide security documentation and support your review process at no additional cost.
Why don't you publish prices?
Because agency needs genuinely differ: a school district and a state DOT shouldn't pay the same. Request a demo and we'll give you a real number quickly; we don't do long pricing dances.
